Support Fair Use Policy

The following policy applies to all WPEasy subscriptions & services

Subject to change without notice. Last updated December 2019

Definitions:

  1. UsWe or Our means WPEasy
  2. Customer(s) means the person subscribing to a WPEasy service
  3. Site means a WordPress based website
  4. Hosting means the Customers‘ web hosting service

General Conditions:

  1.  All support requests must be either:
    1. Emailed to help@wpeasy.net from a WPEasy customer registered email address.
    2. Created from the WPEasy Client Area.
  2. Only current WPEasy customers can request support.
  3. Support will only be provided for WordPress websites.
  4. Support will only be provided for WordPress websites that are listed in a customer’s WPEasy subscription.

WPEasy Essentials Plan:

Included Support: Up to 1 hour of support per month is included.

For any additional time needed to provide support we may:

  1. At our discretion provide the support without charge.
  2. Recommend delaying the work to the following month.
  3. Provide a quotation to complete the additional work.

Hosting & domain Support: 

For resolution of Domain or Hosting related issues; We will assist by working with your hosting provider within the included support time noted above. The time taken and quality of the support will be dependent on the support provide by your hosting provider.

 

WPEasy Premium & Platinum Plans:

Included Support: Unlimited support per month is included.

Hosting & domain Support: 

For Hosting issues:

  • If the website is hosted by WPEasy, resolution of Hosting related issues in included.
  • If the Hosting is NOT by WPEasy, we will assist by working with your Hosting Provider. The time taken and quality of the support will be dependent on the support provide by your hosting provider.

For Domain name issues:

  • If the domain name is managed by WPEasy, time is included.
  • If the domain name is NOT managed by WPEasy, we will assist by working with your Domain Registrar. The time taken and quality of the support will be dependent on the support provide by your hosting provider.

Fair Use Policy: 

The intended purpose of Unlimited WPEasy WordPress support is to keep your website looking good, fast, working properly and generally making WordPress  easy for you. Although we will assist to add Pages, Posts, menus etc. The responsibility of adding content is the customers. Too many requests within a month for adding content may be considered outside your plans included support.  In that case we may provide a quotation for additional costs.
